Want to see Yellowstone before I go to the other side. Would like to go this fall. I am not a online kind of person so I am trying to find out what the weather is going to be like in September or October. Thanks Jen

Weather in Yellowstone can be pretty unpredictable at any time of the year, though late September/early October is when the area begins to settle in for the long winter. Pack lots of layers, including a decent rainjacket/pants, so you can pull things on and off depending on that day's temps. Whatever the weather, though, the great thing about Yellowstone at this time of year is that most of the crowds have gone home following the summer peak, plus you get to enjoy the fall foliage all to yourself! Here's a guide to some things to do in the area in the fall: http://gorp.away.com/gorp/location/wy/fall/wyoming_fall.htm.
