Victoria, B.C travel packages from Wyoming

I live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Can you give me information regarding a travel package, Air, Hotel, Car for flying into Victoria, B.C. approximately for 7 days in early September, 2012.

PS: If you fly into Vancouver, it's an easy 20 minute flight over to the island on Air Canada Jazz or Pacific Coastal Airlines. ACJazz leaves from the Main Terminal at YVR; PCA departs from the South Terminal so you'll need extra connection time. Free shuttle is provided.

There are some great hotels to stay at downtown Victoria - most are centrally located and easily within walking distance to all the attractions:
Swan's All Suite Hotel, Victoria Regent, Marriott Inner Harbour, Hotel Grand Pacific, Executive House Hotel, Queen Victoria.

There are direct flights from Victoria to San Francisco (United Express), Seattle (Horizon Air/Alaska Air) and seasonally to Phoenix (November to April on WestJet). If you can fly to one of those hubs, it will be a relatively easy connection.

If you are spending a week in Victoria, I would recommend seeing the following:
Butchart Gardens, Sidney By The Sea, The Royal BC Museum, Beacon Hill Park. Depending on your adventuresome spirit, go ziplining. Drive up-island and check out the murals and shopping in Chemainus and explore Rathtrevor Beach in Parksville. If you have time, exploring Cathedral Grove will leave you speechless - the largest, oldest trees on Vancouver Island. Right out of the movie Avatar.

Hi Billie, I searched on Orbitz.com, an Away.com partner site, and found air+hotel+car packages to Victoria starting at just under $2,000. Obviously, prices can vary depending on where you want to stay, but you should be able to shave some money off your hotel costs by booking everything together. Challenge for you, however, may be to find a route that doesn't require too many changes, as you'll need to get from Jackson to a bigger airport like Denver or Salt Lake City in order to pick up flights to Vancouver and/or Victoria, BC. You might want to see if the live sales agents on Orbitz.com can help you with ironing out the best options for you depending on the specifics of your itinerary. Safe travels!
