my wife and i are coming to nicaragua in march,staying in managua and SJDS and was wondering if we have to get shots. thanks

The CDC has info on vaccines you might want to get while visiting Nicaragua at: http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationNicaragua.aspx. The main ones you should probably consider, aside from routine vaccinations, are Hep A and possibly malaria if you're planning to get more off the beaten track.
