Traveling to Black Hills at end of July. Looking for some hotel recommendations. All I can seem to find are Super 8s and Motel 6s. Want something a bit more unique, interesting!

our drive trip is scheduled for mid may 2010, what is the weather like at that time and how do we pack ie: clothes and other life accessories. we also need a localized hotel so that we can drive to all the locations easily. any help or maps would be a great help. we are coming from seattle, wa.
