Is it Camelback? Lovely 1.2-mile hike through Echo Canyon to the summit. The other area I can think of might be the trails around Papago Park and the Desert Botanical Garden. Here's a link to a gallery of photos of Camelback and other Phoenix area outdoor adventures. http://bit.ly/96Xl7x
