Mike, There is the Willis Tower (aka Sears Tower) and the John Hancock Building. Sears is the tallest. Hancock is the 4th tallest building in Chicago. Hancock would be more child friendly, because they have an area where you can take a picture of the kids as if they were on a scaffold being window washers. They also have the new telescopes there. Hancock is closer to the lake front and has more of a sky line view. Sears Tower, although being the tallest has more of a birds eye view. The other thing they have are their 4 glass ledges that drift out of the building. Here you can walk out on the glass. View is awesome, but with some people, they have a hard time walking out on the "ledge".

Looking at the date, you have already been here. But would be curious to which place did you go to.
