Our family we be vacationing the San Diego area next week, I would like to do some Pier fishing do I need a permit jusy for a couple of days? If so where can I acquire a permit, before I go?

I don't believe you need a permit for fishing off public piers. Find more info about specific piers in San Diego at: http://www.pierfishing.com/resources/
