So you want some wow with your vows? Well, you can't go wrong with the campsites up in Shenandoah National Park, or upgrade to one of the lodges or cabins at Skyland, Big Meadows, Lewis Mountains, or Peaks of Otter a little further south. This one's a bit more off-the-beaten path, but you could head down to southwestern Virginia where you've got some great back- and front-country options in Grayson Highlands State Park and adjacent Mount Rogers National Recreation Area. For something a little more rugged, hike in to the AT shelter at Thomas Knob for a truly unique spot to celebrate those vow renewals (though can't guarantee you'll be alone!). http://bit.ly/9aln8X
