My son, (16 without a driver's license) and I want to go jet skiing or wave running. What are the rental requirements in that area?

In most states, you can rent personal water crafts over the age of 16. However, it might be different in NY. Call the hotel you're staying in and ask the concierge. He or she should be able to tell you.
