My husband & I are in our sixties, and we would like to travel by train to Yellowstone Nat. Park. We don't know the best way to travel, where to stay or the best time of year to go. We have only traveled Michigan by car. Any good advice out there?

Train to Glacier natl. park-then drive to Yellowstone. It is amazing. My husband and I did it,and we are both handicapped,I am taking my grandchildren this month.Be prepared for snow and cold weather,if traveling between Sept.and June.It is the trip of a lifetime.
