You should not have any issues bringing a service dog into any of those locations. However, if your friend has experienced rudeness in the past, I would suggest this advice: get a "Service Animal" apron for her dog so that people know immediately that she is not bringing a pet into the establishment. I would imagine that most of the rudeness she encountered in the past is due to people not realizing that the dog is a service dog.
