Yes, Miami Beach, MD is a public beach. However, beach fees do apply. It is $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Also, the beach is only open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. M-F.

In 2008, Miami Beach reopened to the public after being closed for 7 years. Other public beaches in the area include Oregon Ridge Park and Rocky Point Park.
