Is it true that Mentanchen Bay, Nayarit, Mexico has reportedly the longest wave in the world?

Metanchen Bay no longer holds the world record for the longest surfed wave, but Metanchen held the title for decades since the 1950's, so you won't be disappointed with the ride. Aticama is just down the beach from San Blas beach, which is very popular among surfers.
