is it a good idea to spend christmas in paris with a 1 year old daughter? would it be too cold for her?

I think it would be fine to spend Christmas in Paris with your 1 year old daughter. After all, Parisians have 1 years olds too and they are ok. Just make sure you bundle her up well and aren't outside for very long.
