How about Kura Hulanda in Curacao (http://vacation.away.com/hotels/travel-ld-cid5541-willemstad-hotelid830148-lodge-kura-hulanda-&-beach-club-hotel.html)? Weather's good in July and airfare is pretty reasonable.
