I'm looking for a good hike within 2 hours of Philadelphia, PA and Frederick, MD. I'm from Philly, meeting friends from Frederick for a day-hike, and each of us are willing to drive about 2 hours. We're looking for a 4-5 hour moderate-difficult, dog-friendly hike. Any advice?
Thanks!

The Lewis Rocks Loop Trail in Fayetteville allows dogs and is a moderate difficulty hike which features waterfalls. In Gouldsboro, there is the Pinchot Trail-South which is a 5 hour, moderate difficultly hike that allows dogs.
