IM 12 yrs old, and im going to georgia! where are the best places to shop? where is rue 21 located and where are the best places for me and my cousin to go visit?

I'm not exactly sure where you plan on staying in Georgia, but I'll give you a brief overview of the shopping district in the two biggest towns. In Savannah, the two main shopping districts are River Street and City Market. In Atlanta, you should try Atlantic Station or Amsterdam Walk. You can find a Rue 21 in most shopping malls. Have a great time with your cousin!
