I will be driving from Chicago to Cincinnati. Are there good spots to stop / scenic diversions? Any good place for Lunch etc.?

You should think about stopping in Indianapolis for lunch and the continue on to Cincinnati, which is only two more hours of driving. Check out this list of best lunches in the area (http://bit.ly/foIgdj)
