I was told you can take a Carriage ride. But none of the websites talk about this. I would like to do this while in Quebec City. Plus, someone said you can have dinner at the Old Church, but I didn't receive any more information. Thanks for your help

Hello,
You can take carriage ride any time of year. The cost is arround $80 Canadian for 35 minute ride. There are usually a few carriages waiting on St. Louis street just outside the Saint-Louis Gates. They will give you some history of the old city as you ride arround. Some horses have a stronger oder than others so best to select with your nose.

Yes, you can take a carriage ride. There are many spots in the Old Town where you can just hail one.

The Old Church doesn't refer to anything very specific. There isn't a restaurant by that name.

Frommer's has info on the three outfitters offering horse-drawn rides in Quebec City at: http://www.frommers.com/destinations/quebeccity/0142010019.html. Not sure I can help on the church/restaurant front. Perhaps track someone down from Quebec City Tourism and see if you can get an answer? http://www.quebecregion.com/e/index.asp
