Best I could do was find recommendations for 30 East, located close to the Charlotte Nature Museum. Looks like a nice place for a nosh. Discovery Place also serves light snacks and lunches at its Community Cafe. Haven't eaten there personally, though my experience of museum-served fare is far from inspiring!
