Driving to Lexington, you will want to take I-93 N for about 12 miles and exit on 37B to I-95 S toward Waltham. Stay on I-95 S for about 7.4 miles, then exit at 31A to merge onto MA-225 E/MA-4 S/Bedford St toward Lexington.
Your drive to Concord will also begin by taking Interstate 93 N to exit 37B, which takes you to I-95 S toward Waltham. When you get to 31B you will want to take the other direction from the one you take to Lexington and exit MA-225W/MA-4 N/Concord Rd for 4.2 miles. You will then take a left at MA 62w/Monument St.
The travel time for both destinations is about a half hour.
