I have recently moved to Lafayette LA and was interested in water tubing, either river or creek. Can you please help me find my nearest option.

Closest option I could find was Tiki Tubing, past Baton Rouge (about 75 miles for you, so maybe a bit of a schlep?). Might want to give them a call and see if they can recommend anywhere closer. http://bit.ly/aXCUNu
