I do not have a lot of money, I am on disability. However, I have family in Rome, and the only way I can afford to go is if a special rates comes along. It has been 6 years since I went home. Is there a site that only puts together lists of seats on flights(or even cabins or cruises)that are not sold and sell them at a severe discount just to fill them? Thank you.
