I am trying to find info about a working colonial farm attraction in rural NJ. I do not have the name though. Everything that is done on this farm uses colonial tools and methods. Any info?

You might want to check out Quiet Valley,in Stroudsburg, PA (http://www.quietvalley.org/), which is located just outside of NJ. It's a nice place to visit, in case you don't find any place in NJ. There's a place, The Willows, on the outskirts of Morristown, NJ (Morris County), but I'm not sure it's what you are looking for.
