It really depends on where you're staying, as many hotels have WiFi or Internet access. You certainly won't be in the Web Dark Ages, but you should check with your hotel. For example, the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort offers WiFi throughout its property, as does the Reef Resort (it even covers the beach if you can't bear to leave your laptop in your room!).
