If you don't mind taking a partial toll road, the best way to get to Rehoboth Beach is to take I-95 S for about 27 miles. Exit left onto I-295 N toward New Castle/Del Memorial Bridge and follow that for 1.8 miles. Take the US-13 N exit toward Wilmington, and then shortly after that you will exit right at US-13 S/US-40 W/N Dupont Pkwy. Take that for 3.5 miles and exit onto DE-1 S for 75.8 miles. That will take you right to Rehoboth Beach. Have a safe trip!

To get to Rehoboth Beach, take I-95 S and merge onto I-495 S. From there, merge onto US-13 S, which becomes DE-1 S. Then turn a slight left onto Rehoboth Ave EXT/DE-1 ALT and continue on that until you reach the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Rehoboth Ave. From there, take a left on 1st St, a right on Lake Ave, another right on Lakeview Ave, and finally, turn left onto Grenoble Pl. This will probably take you about 2 1/2 hours, in good traffic conditions that is.
