That's a pretty twisty road up in the mountains. Honestly, I think you might lose your mind. That said, you could plan it around some of the other state highways and local byways in the NC/VA area, so you're not always stuck behind a line of other RVs. That way you get to hit some of the Blue Ridge Parkway, but not feel locked into doing the whole thing.
