Hi, has anyone done the Mustang trek in Nepal. im thinking of doing it next autumn and im wondering how strenuous it is? B

Hello,
This is not a strenuous trek. This is moderate trek. Just normal trekking with full supplies. Are you thinking going upper mustang or lower Mustang?

Hi, B, haven't done it myself but I remember an article from Outside magazine in 2002 about the Mustang region (see below). Lovely read. Have a great trip!
