hello,i am a 52 year old female.i would like to know if will be a good idea to visit morocco by mayself.fez is what i like to spend more time and also go to the desert for one night with the guide.i only plan to use a guide couple of days.not to much money but love to travel.thanks for a good advise.roxie.

did a 3 day trip from Marrakech-Merzouga-Marrakech with an overnight stay in the desert by camel with my husband. Great trip. I used a company www.sahara-magic.com that I would highly recommend. I believe they also do 2 day trips to Merzouga from Marrakech and Fes. Any questions, feel free to contact me directly.

You should be perfectly fine traveling to Morocco by yourself. Fez is a pretty major tourist destination. Just use common sense as you would anywhere else. And be sure to check into the guide service before you book. Anyone else have recommendations?
