Yes, visitors to Antigua and Barbuda need to travel with a valid passport.
You probably don't need a visa to travel to Antigua and Barbuda though. United States citizens and most European Union citizens don't need a visa to enter Antigua and Barbuda, but citizens of some other countries do need to obtain visas before travel.
