You sure can, Alberto. The Trace runs south from near Jackson to its southern terminus at Natchez, for a distance of just over 100 miles. There's a map with highlights on the NPS website at: http://bit.ly/h6azmH
If you're looking to fuel up before the drive, don't miss Sal & Phil's in Ridgeland just north of Jackson. The crab, crayfish, and po-boys here will do you right before you set off!
