Silkair offers direct flights from Singapore to Adisumarmo International Airport near Solo City in central Java. From there, it looks to be about a 3.5-hour journey to Jepara. You'll probably need to connect through Semarang or Kudus for public transportation to Jepara. Good luck! Sounds like a nice place to chill.
