Anytime from late spring to early fall should be fine, though note that Seattle is apt to get a little more rain than its southern Pacific Coast counterparts. That said, this town is pretty much outdoor-obsessed throughout the year, so don't let a little drizzle, mist, or snow keep you indoors (and if it does, isn't that what the town's famous coffee-shop culture is for?).
