Are there any transportation services - train, bus, shuttle - from Olympia, Wash to Seattle?

There is a Greyhound station but I cannot verify connections northbound. The downtown Oly transit center can give you shuttle connections to Pierce County in Lakewood, Tacoma, and Federal Way where you can connect with their shuttles and get to Seattle.
