According to 2011 schedule on the National Bull Riding & Barrel Riding Association's website, there's an event at Isle of Wright, VA, on the weekend of September 16-18. There were a couple of Professional Bull Riding rodeos held in Fairfax and Hampton earlier this year, though not sure if that's an annual thing.
