No, you can't get there from Boston as you first have to drive/sail to the Cape and then catch a ferry from Hyannis on the Lower Cape. Only direct option from Boston would be to fly. http://www.flycapeair.com/common/index.php?lng=ENG&div=AA&nav=AA&page=A01&flash=1
