Are there alot of college kids during spring break?

YES. Especially at certain hotels like the Hard Rock Hotel & Casion...they host a crazy pool party. Cheap-ish hotels & flights plus an 24/7 party scene (if you want it) is why college kids (over 21) flock to Las Vegas.
